Platinum CRM Consulting provides support services
necessary to return the ACT! program to it’s operating
condition. Standard support shall be performed during
the operating hours of 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM PST
Monday-Friday. After hours support can be provided
subject to Platinum CRM Consulting’s staff
availability.
ACT! support services
covered, but not limited to, include software
installation, program configuration, obtaining software
upgrades, diagnosing and fixing operating problems,
performing maintenance tasks, database synchronization,
device synchronization, data import, data export, data
conversion, database customization, template
customization, and report customization. |
